The Grand Hotel Capodimonte provided a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive, assisting promptly with my business needs, including setting up my presentation equipment. The location offered breathtaking sea views, and the dining options were varied and delicious, with breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries and a range of organic juices. The pool area served as a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of work.
Some common areas showed signs of wear.

The double sea view room was a great size with a
stunning view over Sorrento bay. The staff were friendly and helpful, but we found the restaurant service during breakfast a bit slow. However, overall, it was truly a beautiful place for our honeymoon stay!

Had an amazing time with my friends! The view from our room was stunning, and we loved spending time at the beautiful spa after exploring the local sights. The staff were super friendly and attentive. We also enjoyed the delicious food throughout our stay. Wish we could go back soon!
We did find that some of the common areas could have used a bit more maintenance.

The pool area is absolutely stunning!
Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The room we received was nothing like the photos we had seen. it was cramped and in the attic with a low ceiling. I felt misled, especially since I was paying for a premium room. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. the coffee tasted instant and the juice felt like it was watered down. I had hoped for more personalized touches, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and there were no complimentary beverages in the room.

The unique five-level swimming pools offer distinct zones for relaxation, with plenty of sunbeds available. The panoramic views from the terrace restaurant provide a stunning backdrop while indulging in a vivid and diverse breakfast buffet that caters to various tastes.
Some areas felt overlooked in maintenance, detracting from the overall experience. Although the rooms were cleaned daily, a few aspects were dated, such as furniture needing an update. Additionally, drink prices skewed high, with basic items easily exceeding typical costs elsewhere, making meals feel overpriced for what was served. Despite the beautiful setting, the noise from the nearby road could disrupt the tranquility at times, especially during busy periods.

All the details, none of the fluff
Our honeymoon stay was a true delight! The panoramic views from our room were breathtaking. The pools provided a serene escape after a busy day. Breakfast offered delightful choices, while the staff demonstrated genuine friendliness—exceptional service that made us feel welcomed. Minor hiccups with dining timing and costliness of drinks are easily overshadowed by the overall romantic atmosphere.

The Grand Hotel Capodimonte left a strong impression on me. Beautiful views from the breakfast area, perfect to start the morning. The swimming pools are stunning, with unique designs that set a relaxing mood. Staff showed friendliness, particularly at the bar where they prepared great cocktails. A charming walk into Sorrento town made evening strolls enjoyable, with easy access to restaurants and shops. However, the room I stayed in had some signs of aging. Air conditioning struggled for the first nights, impacting sleep comfort. Breakfast selection was extensive but occasionally slow to replenish. The dining experience could use a boost. I found some dishes not up to par with local dining standards. Overall, a memorable stay with potential for improvement on dining and room maintenance.

Perfect for Families Seeking Relaxation
Our family stayed for 4 nights, and let me tell ya, the service was perfect! We had three rooms, and every single one was clean and comfortable with fine views of the lush gardens and cascading pool. Breakfast was tailored to us with fresh fruit and pastries, and the chef even fried eggs on request! The views during breakfast.
Yeah, it wasn’t exactly bargain bin prices, but honestly, it was still fair for what we got.

Stunning views and great service!
We had a fabulous time for 5 nights! Waking up to that epic sea view every morning was a dream. The breakfast by the pool was gorgeous, except it got kinda repetitive after a few days. Pool staff were super friendly, always ready with drinks, but parking fees were a bit much.
